How do I know which size to order?
Each product description includes the gauge (thickness) and length or diameter. We recommend measuring your current jewelry or consulting our size guide to ensure a perfect fit before purchasing.
Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original, heat-sealed transparent packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your earrings and piercings nickel-free?
Our Titanium and 14K Gold collections are nickel-free and ideal for sensitive skin. While our Surgical Steel contains trace amounts of nickel, it is processed to meet strict EU Nickel Directive standards for safety.
