At PiercingXXL, your satisfaction and safety are our priorities; we offer a 30-day return window for all items, provided they remain in their original, vacuum-sealed hygienic packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, body jewelry that has been opened or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn and still sealed in their original transparent security packaging to comply with hygiene standards.

  Start Your Request

  Log into your customer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and download your personalized return form.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the jewelry and the completed return form in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit, then ship it to our warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seals and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
